Competition in the business world becomes more intense consider in Indonesia which entered the free market involving various countries in it, Purinusa Ekapersada Semarang required to maintain the quality of the products if it want to continue to survive in the current increasingly fierce competition, to maintain quality, any company doing quality control production so the company can meet the quality standards of the product. Purinusa Ekapersada has a lot of product defects caused mistake in composing proportion of raw material, employee, and machine. The purpose of writing this final project are to find out which quality are to find out which product quality standard applied at Purinusa Ekapersada Semarang to know quality control of raw material, quality control of goods in process, and quality control of finished product. The methods of collecting data are observation, reviews are written descriptively. Observations was at July until August 2016, use secondary data. It was conclude that Purinusa Ekapersada Semarang implement the system control of product quality as the whole system. Quality control applied before production process, during production process, and post-production processor quality control on the product and everything was running well and through a very strict process. Product defect was over the Upper Control Limit, and standard from Purinusa Ekapersada Semarang. Amount of Upper Control Limit is 3.73% in April 2016 and 3.29% in Mei 2016. The standard form Purinusa Ekapersada is 1.99%. Purinusa Ekapersada do controlling in every process to increase product defects, gave training for employee and checking raw material.
