The purpose of this final project are to analyze the influence of of personal factors and psychological factors in purchasing decisions train tickets at the station of the city of Semarang and identify the most dominant variable the influence purchasing decisions train tickets at the station of the city of Semarang. The method of data collection are a libraries study, observation , and questionnaire. The questionnaries use semantic defferential with scale 10 point scale. the sample of this research was customers of pt kai with 100 customers taken as sample. The analysis method is multiple linier regression. Based on the calculation using SPSS version 16, the result of this research showed that the regression equation Y = 5.432 + 0.330X1 - 0.063X2 which meant, personal factors had a positive and significant influence to purchasing decisions and psychological factors negative and not significant influence to purchasing decisions. The most dominant variable is personal factors has value 0,333.Therefore , it can be concluded that the personal factor is the most important factor affecting the purchase decision.
