This research is conducted at Grasia Hotel Semarang. Grasia Hotel Semarang is a hotel that has a concept of family and convention hotel, which has always tried to give satisfaction to the meeting package. So it is important for service companies to establish service quality and price accordingly to create the purchase and having an impact on consumer satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of service quality and price to purchasing decisions meeting package with impact to customer satisfaction in Hotel Grasia Semarang. The methods of data collection used in this research are observation, literature review and questionnaries. The questionnaries use a semantic defferential with 5 point scale and method of collecting sample used is insidental sampling for 100 samples. Analysis methods used are of validity test, reliability test, multiple linier regression, path analysis, classic assumption, T test, F test, and the coefficient determination. The result of the path analysis shows that at the path equation Z = 0,227X1 + 0,224X2 + 0,296 e2, means that service quality, and price give positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (the purchasing decision has no effect on customer satisfaction, so the purchasing decision variable is not included in the path equation). The result obtained from testing the hypothesis significant test, t test and F test, so we could conclude that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the result shows the value of the coefficient of determination was 0,651, indicating that the service quality, price and purchasing decision has the effect of 65,1% on customer satisfaction and the rest is influenced by other factors which are not examined.
