Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah is the government institution that engaged in statistical data. In a company, human resources are the most important role and potential for the success of a company. Therefore, in order each employee has a good performance to a company become successful then the company needs to make its employee to have work discipline and the company give work motivation. The purpose of this final project is to know influence of work discipline to employees performance and also to know work motivation to employees performance at Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Observation, questionnaires, and literature study are the instrument to use to collect data. The sample collection technique in this research was Simple Random Sampling. Questionnaires are distributed to 51 employees as respondents. The analysis data use the method of multiple linear regression coefficient analysis. Regression analysis is used to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation to performance of employee. Data are processed using SPSS 22.00. The result of this study is that calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y = 2.365 + 0.446X1 + 0.290X2 + e. It means that result of regression about work discipline gives positive influence on employee performance. And also work motivation gives positive influence on employee performance. Based on the calculation of the coefficient determination obtained 0.362. It means that the employee performance of 36.2 % is influenced by work discipline and work motivation. While the remaining 63.8 % in influenced by other factors.
