This study uses multiple linear regression test with the respondents is costumer of PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang. Based on F test can be stated that the H04 rejected and Ha4 accepted. Because of F (7,579), while F table (2.98) so that F count> F table, or 7,579> 2.98 then Ha accepted that together there is influence between the cost or price, service quality, and accuracy of the documents supporting the purchasing decision.
