This study was conducted to analyze the factors that had the influence on the level of satisfaction of the concessionaire partners. The independent variable of this study consisted of Renting prices (X1), Outdoor location (X2), and facilities (X3). The dependent variable is the concessionaire Partner Satisfaction Level at PT. Angkasa pura I (Persero) branch of the international airport Ahmad Yani Semarang. The sample used in this study consisted of 30 respondents selected by saturated sampling technique. This study used regression. The regression results were as followed, Y = 1,214 + 0.376X1 + 0.386X2 + 0.196X3. The independent variables that had the greatest effect on the dependent variable was the facility (0,386), followed by Rental Rates (0.376) and the location (0.196) respectively. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of the study was 0.710. This means that 71% of purchasing decisions could be explained by the renting prices, the location and the facilities. The remaining 29% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. The facility was found to have the highest regression coefficient. Therefore, it could be concluded that the facility was the most important factor affecting the level of satisfaction of the concessionaire. The renting prices was placed as the second highest, followed by a location as a factor of three each.
