The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work satisfaction towards work discipline of employees at PT Griyapondok Binasejati Semarang. The data were collected by observation, questionnaire and literate study. The techniques of taking samples are proportionate statified random sampling. The population of this research are PT Griyapondok Binasejati Semarang employee’s. There are 71 respondents with 45 are taken as sample. SPSS version 20 used to process the data. The result shows that the simple linear regression is Y = 0,219 + 0,951X. It means that work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to work discipline employee’s. The coefficient determination (R Square) is 0,785. It means that the discipline work can be explained by other variables which is not examined in this research. Then, the t value is 12,517 (bigger than t table 1,681) with the significant value is 0,000 (less than 0,05). It means work that satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to the work discipline.
