Analisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan pengguna kartu Ponta terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Alfamart Wilayah Kecamatan Ngalian
This research aims to examine the level of customers’ satisfaction who use Ponta Card and to find out the effect of customers’ satisfaction in using the card toward the customers’ loyalty in Alfamart subdistrict Ngaliyan. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the 100 respondens who always use ponta card while shopping in Alfamart subdistrict Ngaliyan minimal three times per month. Meanwhile, the analysis technique using simple linear regressions, and the result was positive with regressions coefficient is 0,194 meaning that while the customer satisfaction is increased, the customer loyalty would increase also. The result of hypotheses test using the partial test was 6,230 meaning that customers’ satisfaction using Ponta Card had a significant effect to the customers’ loyalty in Alfamart subdistrict Ngaliyan. Nevertheless, the customer satisfaction who used Ponta Card only got little influence in enhancing the customers’ loyalty (27,6%). In other words, customers’ loyalty were more influenced by other factors outside the customer satisfaction who using Ponta Card
