Filing is one of the most important factors in a company. The functions of archive are reminder, information center, historical resources and administrative function. At present PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Food Seasoning Division uses manual filing system. Manual filing system has several weaknesses, among others are inefficient time in archive recording, archive management and searching return of data entry and data to be sent. In order to overcome the weaknesses in manual filing system it is made an aplication of Human Resource using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0. It helps employees to manage archives and looking for the archive. The methods of collecting data were observation, interview and literature. The result showed that the aplication of Human Resource filing can be used by employees to manage employees archives quickly.
