PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang is one of the state-owned company engaged in the services of Flight. It also provides ground handling services to passengers and baggage for domestic flights. Ground handling is the knowledge and skills of handling aircraft on the apron, passenger and baggage handling at the terminal and cargo, as well as posts in the cargo area. The purpose of this study was to determine the system of ground handling services at domestic flight passengers and baggage at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang. The writing method using descriptive writing method, the method of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, observation, library research. The data used by qualitative and quantitative, and data in a way that is acquiring primary and secondary data. Suggest to PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang is better to maintain cleanliness and neatness and better in various aspects, more officers are friendly, nimble.
