Compensation is all of income that the company provide to employees in the form money or goods. The payment made to member of work teams for their participation. The research aimed to find out and analyze the perception influence of financial compensation to employees’ performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang, to find out and analyze the perception influence of nonfinancial compensation to employees’ performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang, and to find out and analyze perception of influence financial and nonfinancial compensation simultaneously to employees’ performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang. The methods used to collect the data are interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The sample in this research are 52 respondents, the questionnaires are distributed to the employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang. The data analysis methods are likert scale and multiple linier regression analysis. Likert scale is used to see qualities of perception of financial compensation, perception of nonfinancial compensation, and employees’ performance. Meanwhile regression analysis is used to determine the perception influence of influence financial and nonfinancial compensation to employees’ performance. The result of the research shows that KK= 70,405 + 0,557KF + 0,619KNF. It means that result of regression give positive influence on employees’ performance The coefficient of determination was 0,262. It means that the influence of financial and nonfinancial compensation to employees performance was 26,2%. While the rest of 73,8% was influenced by other factors.
