Procurement of goods and or services system is important to succeed the company because this system manage and control the process of procurement of goods and services at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. This final project aims at finding out the procurement system applied by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. In addition, this final report is also aimed to know the constraints upon the following procurement and how to solve them. This final project writing uses descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques are interview with the Procurement Section Head and Procurement Selection Team Leader, direct observation method in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang, and literature study in order to obtain additional information. The result of the discussion shows that procurement of goods or services in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang use the online system (e-procurement). PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) announces the procurement of goods or services through the company website. In the procurement of goods or services, the company applies 6 methods that is the method of self-managed, contest or sweepstakes, direct appointment, purchase or direct procurement, framework contracts, and etendering. Qualified participants are those participants who fulfilled administrative, technical, and price. after that participants who did as a winner will be followed to the signing of the contract with PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang
