This research is motivated by a phenomenon felt by employees in the banking industry in order to obtain employee satisfaction. A wide variety of employees with different educational backgrounds, many workloads and bustle and strong competition among banks, especially in Islamic banks, making PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Sharia Branch Office Semarang need to raise new strategy to keep the level of satisfaction of its employees. It required effort to maintain and continuously improve the quality of internal company itself. Given that employee satisfaction is an internal customers, it will have an impact on the external customer satisfaction as well. This study aims to determine the effect of variable person-job fit, occupational stress, organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Sharia Branch Office Semarang. After review of the literature and formulation of hypotheses, data were collected through questionnaires to 40 respondents permanent employees in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Sharia Branch Office Semarang obtained by using sampling techniques saturated. Then analysis of data obtained using multiple regression analysis techniques. This included: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F, as well as the coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of hypothesis shows that person-job fit, organizational culture and working environment proved positive and significant effect on the dependent variable employee job satisfaction, the opposite work stress has negative and insignificant to the variable dependent employee job satisfaction.
