Syne Party Planner is engaged in to decorate the table and indoor decorations as anniversary events, surprise party, romantic dinner, and others. In accordance with a tagline that created the "SETTING TABLE AND SETTING ROOM DEPEND ON YOUR BUDGET" which means that we are an event organizer who have creative ideas and art products that can be sold to the public. The purpose of this final project is to open the Business Party Decoration Service, formulate strategies entrepreneurial model based Party Planner, and get income and profit from Business Party Decoration Service Syne Party Planner. In the discussions of this final project inform the 7 strategies that we use there are product strategy,price strategy, place strategy, promotion strategy, people strategy, process strategy, and customer service strategy. From the results of these discussions, it could be concluded that by the testimony, consumers say they are satisfied n with customer service from Syne Party Planner. The promotion strategy of word of mouth and share the leaflet is quite and efficient. From production aspect could be concluded that from the planning until implementation of the event does not have problems, and to financial aspect could be concluded that by using the Payback Period Ratio, investment incurred will be back in 2 months. This business is elegible to be developed because with the capital 1,200,000 rupiahs we can get the profit amounted to 1,069,200 rupiahs and equipment invesment amounted to 120,300 rupiahs.
