This research aims to analyze the influence of sugarcane supply, labor and production process period to the volume of sugar production in PG Trangkil Pati. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test methods and Goodness of Fit test. Based on the research that had been done, there were two factors that significant with a significance level α = 0.05, either simultaneously or partially on the volume of sugar production in PG Trangkil Pati, namely sugarcane supply and labor. The results of F-test, shows that F sig. value about (0.000) < significance level (α = 0.05), it means that sugarcane supply, labor and production process period had significant effect on the volume of sugar production in PG Trangkil Pati simultaneously. Based on the result of t-test, partial sugarcane supply had significant and positive effect on the volume of sugar production in PG Trangkil Pati with sig. value about 0.000 < α = 0.05 sig. level and the coefficient of 0.051, the labor had significant and negative effect on the volume PG Trangkil sugar production in Pati with significant value about 0.000 < α = 0.05 sig. level and the coefficient of -9.943, while the production process period did not significantly affect on the volume of sugar production in PG Trangkil Pati because it had a significant value (0.989) > sig. level (α = 0.05). Based on the adjusted R2 value about 0.653, which means 65.3% change in the volume of sugar production in PG Trangkil Pati could be explained by three independent variables that were sugarcane supply, labor and the production process period, while the rest of 34.7% was explained by the other variables outside the model.
