The employee’s productivity is a primary factor for a company in reaching its goals. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of occupational safety and health against employee work productivity at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Divisi Konstruksi VII Jawa Tengah & D.I. Yogyakarta. The sample in this research is the employees at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Divisi Konstruksi VII Jawa Tengah & D.I. Yogyakarta which are the construction of the Grandhika Hotel Pemuda Semarang, there are 129 people.While analysis techniques of the data used are the multiplelinier regression, T test, F test.Based on the results of research it can be seen that The occupational safety variabel have a positive influential on work productivity With the value of regression 0,390 and value of significant 0,000. While The health variabel also has positive influential on work productivity With coeficient regression 0,463 and value of significant 0,000. ForT test on The occupational safety variabel obtained T hitung is 5,231 and T tabel 1,6569, it Means occupational safety is significantly influential to work productivity. While occupational health obtained t hitung < t tabel is 3,926 < 1,6569 means that health is significantly to work productivity.In F test it can be seen that F hitung > F Tabel 44,603 > 3,07 with significantly 0,000 or under 0,05 as a result H0 rejected and Ha accepted means that the variable occupational safety and health influences simultaneously on employee work productivity. at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Division Construction VII Central Java & D.I Yogyakarta.The coefficient determination (R2) independent variable to dependen variable is 0,405 that means occupational safety and health (K3) related 40,5% and the residue 59,5% is explained by the other variables.
