Cooperative in running its business needs a periodical performance evaluation to know its financial health level. Depot Logistics Dolog Employee Cooperative which is known as Kopel Dolog Jateng is a certain employee cooperative only for all employees of Perum Bulog. This research is conducted to analyze the financial performance to assess its financial health level in 2013 to 2015. This research method uses Quantitative Descriptive. Reseacher doesn’t use population and sample because this is a kind of Case Study Research. This research uses 8 types of financial ratio of Productivity Aspect in The Regulation of State Ministry of Cooperative and Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs) No. 6/Per/MKUKM/V/2006, those are current ratio, total debt to total assets, total debt to equity, net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, account receivable turnover and assets turnover. The result of this analysis shows that 1) Current Ratio’s percentage is catagorized as “Poor” (130,11%), 2014 “Bad” (115,68%), and in 2015 catagorized as “Fairly Good” (161,93%). 2) Total debt to total assets in 2013 is “Poor” (62,59%), 2014 “Poor” (61,85%), and in 2015 is categorized as “Fairly Good” (53,14%). 3) Total debt to equity in 2013 is categorized as “Poor” (167,32%), 2014 as “Poor” (162,12%) and 2015 as “Fairly Good” (113,42%). 4) Net Profit Margin from 2013 to 2015 always in “Excellent” level (48,38%, 40,20%, 37,81%). 5) Return on Assets in 2013 to 2015 always get catagorized as “Good” (7,80%, 7,15%, 7,99%). 6)Return On Equity percentages in 2013 to 2015 are “Good” (20,85%, 18,75%, 17,05%). Whereas, 7) account receivable turn over in 2013 to 2015 always get “Bad” ratios (0,25, 0,33 , 0,42). 8) Assets turn over also always get “Bad” ratios as the result in 2013 is 0,16 , 2014 is 0,18 , and 2015 is 0, 21. Based on the result of those 8 ratios, the result of financial health level assessment is in 2013 Kopel Dolog Jateng gets “Poor” (40,62) , 2014 “Bad”(37,5), and 2015 is “Poor”(50).
