Persepsi pengguna jalan tol atas layanan transaksi, layanan lalu lintas dan layanan konstruksi di Wilayah Semarang : studi kasus pada PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.



PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is a state-owned company involved in the field of infrastructure, the toll roads, and authorities manage the implementation and toll-road operations. So it must be able to give good service to toll-road users. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of toll-road users about the transaction service, the traffic service and the construction service given by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Semarang area. This final project is descriptive analysis. The methods of the collecting data are literature study, observation, and distributing questionnaire. Distribution is done at Semarang area and the respondents are 100 toll-road users considered to represent toll-road users. It was found that: the transaction service in reguler toll gate had the value of the average index in the amount of 73.417 it is included in medium category, while the transaction service at Automatic Toll Gate (GTO) had the value index in the amount of 75.417, indicating high category. Futhermore, the traffic service has the value of the average index of 73.85 in medium category. And the construction service with the value of the average have 73.00 in medium category. It is concluded that the toll-road users think that the services given by the company are good enough.
