PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) is a company of information, communication technology, service providers, and telecommunication network in Indonesia. Indihome is one of the products developed by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk consisting of Fiber Internet or High Speed Internet (Fast Internet), Interactive TV (UseeTV) and Phone (Home Phone). The primary purpose of this final project is to know the influence of price and product quality on customer satisfaction of IndiHome in Semarang. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling and purposive sampling using Slovin/Yamane formula. 100 respondents are used as samples. Methods of collecting data are observation, questionnaires and literature review. The statistical analysis used are test validity, test realibility, multiple linear regression method, t – test, f – test, the coefficient of determination test. The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficients obtains Y = 0,379 + 0,417X1 + 0,406X2. The result of the t - test analysis shows that price and product quality have positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then the result of the f - test shows that simultaneously price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction based the coefficient of determination is 0,593. While the remaining 40,7% is explained by other variables as promotion, service quality, brand image, etc that are not observed.
