This primary purpose of this final project are to investigate the implementation of assessment center, employee perceptions, the obstacles that occur on the implementation of assessment center in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated or census sampling. The methods in collecting data ware interview, questionnaire, documenter and literature studies. The analysis method was validity test, reliability test, and cross tabulation. The result of this final project are that employees on implementation of assessment center majority of respondents expressed agreed tendency toward extremely agreed about implementation of assessment center.
