Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Tanjung Emas Semarang
The research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) The Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang Semarang. This study used the components of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviour as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviour on employee performance. There were 49 respondents involved in this research, chosen using insidental sampling method. The method of data collection are observation, qustionnaires and documentation. The analysis used in the research include multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, f test and t test. The result of testing the hypothesis, based on f test that was influence of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviour on employee performance. It was based on f test > f table (323,153 > 3,20). Based on t test, the influence of emotional intelligence amounted 2,930 while the organizational citizenship behaviour of 18,730. The results obtained by multiple linear regression equation are: Y = 0,335+ 0,137
