Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Central Java is a State-Owned Enterprise in Indonesia, which has the duty and authority to enforce the planning, maintenance, exploitation, and protection of forest in working area. The purposes of this study project are to know the influence of working motivation, organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employees performance at Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Central Java. The methods of collecting the data were observation, questionnaire, and literature study. Questionnaires were distributed to 65 employees as respondens.
