The purpose of this project study is to know the influence of working stress, working conflict to the employees working motivation at Pratama Semarang Candisari Tax Office. The methods of collecting data are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the sample of 45 respondents. The analysis technique used were validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test and the coefficient of determination. On the based of the research results it was obtained the regression equestion Y = 1,299 + 0,432X1 + 0,171X2. The work stress variable is more dominant and positive influence up on working motivation in Pratama Semarang Candisari Tax Office. Working stress and working conflict variables, partially have positive inpa of upon working motivation. The f-test shows that simultaneously the working stress and working conflict have positive influence upon employees working motivation. The coefficient of determination shows that 70,6% employees working motivation influenced by working stress and working conflict variables, while the remaining 29,4% influenced by other variables which are not included in this research.
