In this last paper the author will determine Forecasting Sales volume, the maximum capacity of the product and reorder point. The sample used is 50 volumes of product sales that occurred in Semarang branch Alfamart from January 2015 until February 2016. And the sampling method using Least Square method to forecast sales volumes in March to May 2016.
