The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation toward performance of employee in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang’s 210 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 23. A sampling technique uses Slovin’s formulation the result is 68.
