Pengaruh kualitas layanan, lokasi, dan media promosi terhadap keputusan belanja di Alfamart Semarang (studi kasus pada toko Alfamart Wonosari H 559)



Good customer service and satisfaction is a primary mission for a minimarket. Minimarket that prioritizes customer service and satisfaction affects consumers so that in turn will create the spending decisions of its customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the quality of service, location, and a media campaign against the spending decisions in Alfamart Wonosari Semarang. The population of the studied was the visitors who shop at Alfamart Wonosari Semarang on February 2016. The sample are 96 visitors, the sampling method is accidental sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16. The results obtained by the regression equation Y = 0,467 + 0,566 X3 + 0,333 X2 + 0,222 X1 + e. Hypothesis testing results proved that the quality of service, location and media promotion of partial and simultaneous significant effect on spending decisions in Alfamart Wonosari Semarang. Advice can be given on the management is to improve the quality of service to consumers, improve site conditions and promotional activity.
