Analisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada alfamart cabang Semarang tahun 2015



Turnover is problem in an employee or organinization and how well those activities prevent were executed. Turnover is about in and close of an employee company, see employee job satisfaction, organization commit and Job Satisfaction. The purpose of the study are analyzing the factors affecting turnover employed of Alfamart Branch Semarang 2015 which variables Turnover intention, Organization Commit, Job Satisfaction The methods of collecting the data interview, observation and questionnaires. The type of the data area qualitative and quantitative. Then, the source of data is primary sources and secondary sources. The result t-test from analysys indicatied that t count of job satisfaction =1.687, and commitment organization = 1.953 are bigger than t table 1.509 by using two side test of 5 %. The results of this study shows that job satisfaction, commitment organization have significant influence on reduce employee Turnover Intention. Then, the result Coefficient of Determination (R Square) was 0.553 or 55,3 % of influence on reduce employee Turnover Intention by job satisfaction, commitment organization. Whereas the other 44,7 % was influenced by another variable which was not observed by the writer.
