PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is a retail company which operate Alfamart stores in the form of big distribution network. The distributors deliver products to warehouse and then to the Alfamart stores. Logistic distribution department branch Semarang supplies all the products to the Alfamart stores in Semarang. The purposes of this analysis are 1) To investigate influence of delivery to performance of Logistic Distribution Department, 2) To Examine influence of transportation frequency to performance of Logistic Distribution Department, 3) The analyze simultaneous influence of delivery and transportation frequency to the performance of Logistic Distribution Department branch Semarang. Type of the data used is secondary data. Such as frequency of delivery in each zone, transportation frequency and performance of Logistic Distribution Department. Anlysis tool used in this research is multiple regression linier. The result of this analysis shows 1) The delivery transportation in each zone positively affect the performance of logistic distribution. The delivery frequency in each zone is not positively affect the performance of the logistic distribution department with alfa 5%. The result of the simultan test shows frequency of the delivery and transportation in each zone are positively affect the performance of the logistic distribution department. The suggestion which can be given for the management is the product delivery system should be increased in order to increase delivery fraquency. Besides that, the improvement of the transportation is also improved to deliver products from Distribution Center to stores effectively.
