The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview and understanding of export procedures which are: trade correspondence between the buyer and the seller, payment mechanisms, relevant parties, and the documents required in furniture exports. The descriptive method which is used in this study is to describe the export activities carried out by CV Qirana. Methods of this collecting data in this study are based on interviews, observation, and literature documents. The results show that business correspondence between buyers and sellers is communicated by electronic mail (email), the payment method used is the advance payment by telegraphic transfer (T/T), the relevant parties in export transactions are: Bank, Tanjung Emas Office Customs, Industry and Trade Department of Central Java Province, shipping company, freight forwarders, fumigators, and couriers. Next, the documents required in furniture exports are: PEB, bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of fumigation, and V-Legal.
