Pengaruh layanan e-commerce dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di alfamart area Mulawarman Semarang 2016



Today's world is increasingly advanced technology , the Indonesian people do not want to miss with the advancement of technology. Alfamart services in e - commerce as a tool or system on a computer, tablet , i- kiosk that can be used in the event of payment , purchasing, ordering , and can also be shipping money and making money based online . in this study the variables used are e - commerce services and quality of service with the number of responses 95 respondents Variable conclusions from the results of e - commerce services partially not proven to significantly affect customer loyalty Alfamart Mulawarman Semarang , it can be seen from the calculation results obtained tcount variables 1,711 e-commerce services . If in view ttabel with a significance level of 10 % is obtained t table of 1.986 , t count> t table ( 1,711 > 1,986 ) , so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. Variable Quality of service partially positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Alfamart Mulawarman Semarang Area , it is seen from the calculation results obtained tcount service quality variables 4086 . When viewed on ttabel with a significance level of 10 % is obtained ttabel 1.986 , t > t table ( 4,086 > 1,986 ) , thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the calculation of adjusted R2 coefficient of determination obtained for 0153 , this means that service quality variables have an influence on customer loyalty amounted to 15.3 % . while the remaining 84.7 %. Based on the research that has been made known that the variables that most influence on customer loyalty is Quality Service.
