The purpose of this study is to know the effort of improving Bappeda civil servant’s discipline and to observe the obstacles occur in improving civil servant’s discipline Bappeda Jepara regency. This final project uses descriptive methods. The types of data are qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Then method of collecting data in this final project are interviews, observation and literature. Efforts to enhance the work disciplinary in Bappeda Jepara Regency are leader’s supervision, promoting position, punishment, giving socialization rules about discipline and also evaluating of work result of civil servant
