Persepsi nasabah kredit pensiunan pegawai terhadap peran account officer dalam melayani kredit pensiunan pegawai pada pt Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) tbk kantor cabang pembantu Piere Tendean Semarang



The purposes of this final project are to identify customers’ perception toward the role of account officer in serving the credit at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Semarang Branch, to describe duties and responsibilities of account officer in the process of granting credit and to describe barriers account officer in the line of duty. This final project is quantitative descriptive study. The data were collected by using questionnaire, interview, observation, and literature review. It used sensus sampling. The statistical analysis used is frequency distribution method. The reliability and validity test showed that the questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The result found that the score average for sensing dimension was 3,40, attention dimension was 3,57 and interpretation dimension was 3,65 whereas the constraint is less information about credit and many other banks that offer credit. It is concluded that the service of account officer at the PT BRI Semarang Branch was good. It showed that the customers agreed with the statement about service quality.
