The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the process of recruitment and selection of new employees at pt kubota indonesia. It consists of recruitment and selection of applicant at PT Kubota Indonesia. The methods of collecting the data in this research are observation, interview and literature review.The types of data are quantitative and qualitative.. The result of this research recruitment procedures are inviting apllication, holding written test, conducting presentation test, interview the applicants, it may involve the users and HRD personels, holding psycho and medical tests. It uses external methods of recruitment course in obtaining human resoures the data were obtained from observation and interview. It uses knockout system. It means that the fail candidates can not follow the next test. This method is used to look for the good quality of employees.
