Analisis pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada perum perhutani divisi regional Jawa Tengah



The purposes of the research were to determine the influence of training and compensation toward employees’ motivation at Perum Perhutani divisi regional of Central Java, to determine the influence of compensation on employees’ motivation at Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional of Central Java and to determine the influence of training and compensation simultaneously on employees motivation at Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional of Central Java. The methods of collection the data in this research were observation, study literatures and distribution the questionnaires to 65 employees with Proportional Random Sampling techniques. The analysis implemented in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of T test for Training is 2.032 with signification by 0.046. This showed that there was significant influence between Training and Employees’ Motivation. The result of T test for Compensation is 3.037 with signification by 0.003. This showed that there was a significant influence between Compensation and Employees’ Motivation. The result of F-test was 10.956 and the signification was 0.000. This showed that there was a significant influence between Training and Compensation simultaneously on Employees’ Motivation.
