Fishery breed progress in Indonesia is highly frequent , make fish feed needs increase. So grow in use naturally feed, its not enough for suffice fish feeding. In pellets mould processing, a pellet moulding machine is needed . So we are planning to build a pellets moulding machine with gear system. Its defferent with extruder pellets moulding machine which is available on market . Extruder pellets moulding machine use extruder screw system which push pellets mix into pellets mould. Gear pellets moulding machine use a pair of gear which spinning and have contacting. On this gear have some pellets mould with 5mm diameter. Pellets moulding process is start with a pellets mi which put through a hopper then pellets will be moulded with gear and come out with pellets mould shape. This machine have 510mm x 335mm x 1080mm dimension with 0.75 HP dynamo, So its need low power and easy to operate. This machine have production capacity about 39.6 kg/jam wit pellets density is 0,52 g/cm3.
