Micro Small Medium Enterprise Rahayu IV that is located in Sirap Vilage, Jambu, Semarang Regency produces a very special coffe, named Kopi Kelir. The sales of the products need a good planning which later arranged in one single sales budget. The budget itself is very useful as a guidance for the sales. But until now, UMKM Rahayu IV never prepare its sales budget for the coffee. This Final Project is aimed to prepare the sales budget for the coffee at 2015. The data that is used in this Final Project are quantitative and qualitative data. The data’s collecting are did by interviews, literature reviews, and observations. While the writing technics used description and exposition technic. The data then processed using forecast method, by using least square and quadratic method. After that, compare the result with the forecasting error standard value to determine the best forecasting method for the coffee. The result of data’s processing that is appropriate for the coffee is quadratic method. It is because quadratic method has a smaller SKP than the least square method. The total of sales budget for the coffee at 2015 is Rp. 2.482.826.080,-.
