This final project aims at determining the financial performance of the Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta in regulating and administering the regional affairs. Thus, this final project can be used to determine the level of performance in the Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The writing methods used are descriptive and expository. The data used in this Final Project are the Reports of the Budget Realization from 2010 until 2014. The ratio used in analyzing the budget realization report is independence ratio, growth ratio, effectiveness ratio, and activity ratio. The result of the analysis shows that the financial performance of Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta has been good, being judged from independence ratio, growth ratio, and effectiveness ratio which show good figures.
