Because they are still using a manual system by record in a book. Based on this problem, the writer creates a sales administration information system. It helps processing the data be more effective, efficient, minimize human error and always produce the new data. And the old data is saved neatly and easily to find it when it is needed. The realization of this program uses system development method or system life cycle method. This information system can be used for processing the employee's data, product data, supplier data, and reports of ordering transaction, purchase, sale, and also invoice of sale. The construction of this program, the writer uses software microsoft visual foxpro 9.0 which is fine to be used for processing the data.
