The aims of this research are to determine significant the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) toward the Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia Period 2010-2014 either simultaneously or partially. The data of this research is used secondary data. The data obtained from quarterly publication financial reportsof PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank Mega Syariah, PT Bank BRI Syariah, and PT Bank Syariah Bukopin Period 2010-2014. The population for this research is all of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. By using purposive sampling method were choosen 5 (five) Islamic Bank. The analysis model used is panel regression model. Analysis techniques using a Random Fixed Model, Test the hypothesis coefficient of determination (R2 ), F-test, and t-test. Based on the hypotesis test and discussion showed that Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) simultaneously have significant influence toward the Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia Period 2010-2014. While Return On Assets (ROA), partially has not significant negative influence toward the Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia Period 2010-2014. Non Performing Financing (NPF), partially has significant negative influence toward the Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia Period 2010-2014. And Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), partially has significant positive influence toward the Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia Period 2010-2014.
