To maintain health and safety in the workplace requires periodic inspection of the equipment used. The purpose of the periodic inspection is to know that the work equipment is used properly functioning, eficient, and secure so that work accidents can be prevented. One of the Occupational Health and Sffity Services Company who have competent personnel in the inspection services and the issuance of certificates for work equipment, namely PT. Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Madya Branch. one of the work equipment certified by PT. Surveyor Indonesia is a type ofpressure vessel. The purpose of final assignment is to lcnow about the pressure vessel certificate issuance system in inspection services of occupational health and safety at PT. Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) Semarang Madya Branch. The report of the .final assignment is written descriptively. The collected data were primary and secondary data which were obtained through interview, observation, and literature studies. It was .found out that pressure vessel certificate issuance system includes the receipt o.f the inspection request.from the customer, and then check the equipment directly in the .field, then make a report of inspection result and certificate, followed legalization of report o.f inspection result and certificate by local Department of Manpower and Transmigration.
