Library of Senior High School 4 of Semarang still use manual system in its management. It is very ineffective and inefficient, because it takes a long time to make the required reports, and frequent human error often happens. The Purpose of final project is to design new information system which is used to overcome weaknesses from manual system, and new system based on Microsoft Visual FoxPro is used to improve the system. The system information design uses system developing method, that is investigation system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The result from final project is that library management should be effective and efficient and facilitate the librarians in making the reports that are useful for decision-making
