Analisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan menabung : studi kasus pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Semarang



This study is aims to analyze the direction and significance effect quality of service from CARTER dimensions, price and promotion in the decision to save the Semarang branch of Bank Muamalat Indonesia either partially or simultaneously. This research uses primary data collected using a questionnaire. The population of this research are all customer savings PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Semarang branch, while the number of samples taken was 100 customer savings Bank Muamalat Indonesia Semarang branch. Sampling was carried out with purposive sampling technique. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression, whereas the technique of analysis used is the hypothesis test using the t test, F test and R2 test. The results of hypothesis testing and discussion, shows that in partial compliance, assurance, reliability and tangible do not significantly influence customer decisions to save on PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch in Semarang, while the emphaty, responsiveness, price and promotion variables significantly influence the customer's decision to save on PT Bank Muamalat branch in Semarang. In simultaneous variable quality of service from CARTER dimensions price and promosion significantly influence the customer's decision to save on Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch in Semarang.
