The purpose of this Final Project are to arrange Cash Flow Statement at PT Global Buwana Semarang for the period December 31, 2014 using direct and indirect methods and to determine the amount of net cash flow from operating activities, investing activities, andfinancing activities. The methods of data collection were used in preparing this final project are documentation. The methods of writing are description method and exposition method. The analysis method that we used is comparation method Cash Flows Statement at PT Global Buwana Semarang in 2014 indicate that net cash flow from operating activities amounted to Rp 102.203.112, from investing activities amounted to Rp (4.609.000), and from financing activities amounted to Rp (133.113.5 76).
