Archive is information of any activities that has been recorded in any media: paper, photographs, videos, pictures, tapes, or other electronic media that is stored for the purposes of organization and can be retrieved easily at any time when it is needed. The purposes of this final project were to identify dynamic records management in the Employees section at Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The final project report was written descriptively. The data were collected by observation, interviews in the Employees section at Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah and library study by reading books or documents. It was conducted with several objectives, knowing the archive creating, knowing the archival storage, knowing the shrinkage archives, knowing the equipment archives, knowing the causes of problem to find back archives, and the solve of problem to find back archives.
