The primary purposes of this final project are to create the archives application for make a faster input data, accurate in searching data and to give information in managing data. The information system is designed by using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 application. The methods data collection are observation, interview and literature study. It use System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to develop information system, which consist of system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system maintenance. In the fabrication of this information system consists of five main menu, they are Master menu, Internship Document menu, Report menu, Exit menu, Etc menu. The result of this final project is an application of information system that can be used at Business Administration Semarang State Polytechnic.
