ABSTRACT Budget is one form of monitoring or evaluation of the bussiness performance. Evaluation of the budget can be seen from the large budget deviations occur. The budget deviation can be minimized through the consideration with some existing methods of budgeting. Goal of this final project is to determine which of the proper method to be applied in the preparation of revenues budget and expenses budget on kopel dolog jateng based standard forecasting error of Least Square method & Quadratic method. Data collection technique are interviews and literature. Data that is used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The techniques of writing used are description and exposition.The calculation result show that quadratic method produces smallest number of standard forecasting error, Rp 212.624.483 for revenues budget and Rp 90.041.870 for expenses budget.
