Analisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, kerelasian nasabah dan corporate social responsibility = CSR terhadap citra bank syariah :studi kasus pada PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia kantor cabang Semarang



This research to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) toward Sharia Bank Image (Case Study in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office Semarang. Data used is collected primary with questionaire. Population of all customer of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office Semarang. Sampling was taken using purposive sample technique. Model of analisis in this research using linier regression. All data of this researched had been analyzed by F test, R2 test, t test. Based on the hypothesis testing and discussion that result obtained by (1) Service quality has positive and not significant toward sharia bank image, (2) Product quality has positive and significant toward sharia bank image, (3) Customer Relations has positive and significant toward sharia bank image, (4) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has positive and not significant toward sharia bank image on PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office Semarang.
