The objectives of this research are, to identify the influence of service quality of wifi to the decision of using wifi and to identify the influence of the price of wifi to the decision of using wifi at the PT. Telkom Indonesia Kendal branch. Data were collected by observation, literature study and questionnaire on 100 respondents. The data were performed with T test. The result shows that the T test for quality is 2.414 and the significance of the T test for quality is 0.018. It shows that there is significant influence between quality and decision of using wifi. The result shows that the T test for price of wifi is 2.546 and the significance of the T test for price of wifi is 0.012. It shows that there is significant influence between price and decision of using wifi. T test shows that price of wifi was dominant, and both of independent variable affected the decision of using wifi. Thus, result of this analysis suggest Telkom Kendal branch to add support facilities, add special area wifi, organize smokers area, expand network coverage wifi, promote wifi.id.
