Strategi Public Relations PT PLN (PERSERO) Distribusi Jawa Tengah & D. I. Yogyakarta Dalam Menciptakan Citra Positif Perusahan



The research is a qualitative research. The aims this research is to find a public relations strategy in creating organization image at PT PLN (Persero) Central Java and Yogyakarta distribution. The object research is PT PLN (Persero) Central Java and Yogyakarta distribution public relations and the sociality. The writer was used analyze interaction Miles and Huberman method to analyze data. It consists for three stages analyze: reduction data, reservation data, and make conclusion data. Through this research, the writer knew that PT PLN (Persero) Central Java and Yogyakarta distribution was used a corporate social responsibility program, partnership program, government visitor program, education program trough seminar and talk show in field, customer gathering activity program, socialization program, media advertising program, press conference program, and tour program in creating image.
