Secretary is a person who assist the superior to accomplish their job. Secretary’s role is very important and effect the successful of company’s purpose according to the secretary’s position. Secretary at Perum Perhutani on Regional Division Central Java called the division secretary. Division Secretary supervised by a Head of Regional Division and oversees three fields: Institutional Field, Law Field and Public Relations and Protocol field. The objective of this study is to describe the roles and the tasks of the division secretary at Perum Perhutani on Regional Division Central Java. The object in this research is division secretary which has authority to manage some divisions. This final project report is written descriptively. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews with the division secretary and literature review. Observation and interviews with the secretary division and Head of Institutional, Legal, Public Relations and Protocol about the role and tasks of the division secretary the division at Perum Perhutani on Regional Division Central Java From the research, if shows that secretary of the division is a structural position under the Regional Division Head of Central Java, similar with the Head of Bureau has the authority in the field of Legal and obedience, Institutional, Public Relations and Protocol. The role and functions of the division secretary is as representative of the Regional Division of Central Java in improving the corporate image, the legal process, handling legal cases and as a liaison with internal and external parties (stakeholders) of the company. Division secretary’s task is helps duties Head of Regional Division in coaching and managing the field of Institutional, Legal, and Public Relations and protocol.
